This spacious villa accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.
The property boasts an impressive array of amenities designed to provide a premium holiday experience. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3x6 metres, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, featuring a fenced plot with garden furniture, a barbecue area, balcony, and terrace - perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the stunning surroundings.
Inside, the villa is fully equipped with modern conveniences. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring induction cooking, a comprehensive range of appliances including a stove, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Two TVs with satellite channels provide entertainment, while complimentary WiFi keeps guests connected.
The villa offers excellent proximity to local attractions. A sandy and rocky beach is just 700 metres away, while a supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance. Guests can explore nearby attractions such as the historic Old Town Šibenik, National Park Krka, and Split Airport, making this an ideal base for discovering the beautiful Dalmatian coast.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a private entrance, essential facilities, a strongbox, and a first aid kit. Please note that the villa does not allow pets or smoking, and is not suitable for youth groups.
Damage deposit is 100 euros. The deposit is taken in cash on arrival and returned in cash on departure if there is no damage.
Parking is free and available on site. There is outdoor and garage parking.

Nice, clean and spacious house. The owners were also accommodating when the number of registered guests changed without any problems. About a 10-minute walk to the sea, even with children. No noise around.

The villa is new, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. The location is good, central between Zadar and Split and ideal for excursions in the surrounding area.

The house is brand new, not even finished at a few places here and there, nothing detrimental to your comfort though. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The pool proved to be a great thing to have on a hot day. The neighbourhood feels feels see more
The house is brand new, not even finished at a few places here and there, nothing detrimental to your comfort though. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The pool proved to be a great thing to have on a hot day. The neighbourhood feels feels a bit scruffy and gives a bit mixed feelings at first. But it's safe and perfectly OK, grocery store, restaurant, post office and the beach, everything is available just a short walk from the house. Overall great stay for the money.

La casa è molto bella, ampia e nuova. Si potrebbero migliorare solo alcune piccole cose (cancello che si possa chiudere a chiave, cuscini, piccole rifiniture in giardino).

Dom bardzo czysty. Salony, sypialnie, kuchnie, łazienki, wręcz błyszczące.
Doskonale wyposażone kuchnie, w których są wszystkie akcesoria, garnki, patelnie, czajniki, mikser, blender, toster, dosłownie wszystko.

Dom bardzo czysty. Salony, sypialnie, kuchnie, łazienki, wręcz błyszczące.
Doskonale wyposażone kuchnie, w których są wszystkie akcesoria, garnki, patelnie, czajniki, mikser, blender, toster, dosłownie wszystko. Duża lodówka na piętrze i jeszcze większa, podwójna na parterze. Klimatyzacja w każdej sypialni i każdym salonie. Dodatkowe wiatraki sufitowe. Basen (obsługiwany przez firmę, więc o nic się nie martwisz). Leżaki, roleta nad stołem na tarasie, moskitiery w oknach, roletki w oknach, okiennice w oknach tarasowych. Rewelacyjny kontakt z gospodarzem. Dom w spokojnej lokalizacji, kilka minut od plaży. W kilka minut dojdziemy do piekarni. Dwie konoby równie blisko. Świetny dom, świetne miejsce. Polecam!!👍 |
