Villa Katarina is a rustic Istrian stone house with a pool, located 4 kilometers from Labin.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, ideally 6 adults and 2 children.
With its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a konoba - a traditional Istrian space for socializing - it is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.
Outdoor area features a private pool surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers, plenty of greenery, and a space for barbecuing and outdoor dining.
A terrace with comfortable furniture and a swing offers views of Mount Učka, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee and enjoying the fresh air of central Istria.
The house offers a lot of amenities for a comfortable vacation: free parking, wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.
Labin, with its beautiful old town and panoramic sea views, is 4 kilometers away. If you continue past Labin, you will reach Rabac (9 kilometers) and its stunning beaches like Girandella, Maslinica, or Lanterna.
Dubrova Sculpture Park is about 2 kilometers from the accommodation.
If you would like to learn how to dive, you can visit the scuba diving center in Sveta Marina (approx. 13 kilometers).
The nearest grocery store and restaurant are located 1 kilometer from the house.

We loved everything! Let me start by saying that the hosts were absolutely friendly and helpful. Vidas and his wife made sure everything met our needs. Upon arrival, we received homemade wine and pastries. Upon departure, they made pancakes for the road. The holiday home is well-maintained and very well-maintained, not far from restaurants, beaches, supermarkets... a true gem, with everything you need within a short drive. Large and well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, several decent bathrooms, a large and clean pool, and a large garden with plenty of garden furniture for everyone. Air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, although the house stays very cool, even on hot days. We only used the air conditioning twice. Large flat-screen TV combined with high-speed internet. The property is fenced. No shortcomings or defects noted. Ideal base for Labin, Pula, Rovinj, and Opatija. Definitely worth repeating...without a doubt! PS. Beach Bobina is our favorite beach in the area = highly recommended!
