This beautiful 4-bedroom beach villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury — ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway. The villa is located in Funtana, just 7 km from Porec.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, the villa is suitable for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, air conditioning and smart TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor have balcony access. Baby cot can be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request.
The heart of the villa opens onto a stunning 1000m2 outdoor area with a private 36 sq meter swimming pool and a relaxing jacuzzi, perfect for soaking up the sun during the day or unwinding under the stars in the evening. Comfortable loungers and outdoor seating create an inviting space for both relaxation and social gatherings. An outdoor kitchen ensures families can stay together even while preparing meals.
An indoor ktichen is equipped with all the neccesarry appliances such as induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffe machine, toaster and more. A high chair can also be provided upon request.
For recreation and wellness, the villa includes a fully equipped gym room. There is also a dedicated game room featuring billiards and darts, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages.
The villa offers a private parking, as well as an EV charging station.
The outdoor area and parking is under video survailance.
Please note that villa accepts one small pet (up to 10 kg). The pet fee is 7€ per night.
In case of youth-group reservations, the damage deposit is doubled.
