Charming Renata's house is set in a semi-secluded green oasis and is ideal for a couple or a small family.
A private pool and shaded terrace offer the perfect space to relax during warm days and pleasant summer evenings.
The fully fenced property covers 900 m², ensuring a safe stay for your pets, and up to two four-legged friends are welcome. Pet fee is paid in cash upon arrival (10 EUR per night per pet).
The house features a bright living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom includes a queen size bed (160x200), and one bathroom. The sofa in the living room measures 140 × 200 and is suitable exclusively for two children, while sleeping arrangements for two adults are provided in the bedroom.
Both the bedroom and living room have an air conditioning unit.
The kitchen amenities include an oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, as well as a hand-blender.
The parking is private and under video survailance, and it has two parking spaces.

The closest beach is Mukalba, a pet friendly pebble beach, located around 900 m away.
