The apartment has four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. Three bedrooms include queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom has one individual bed, ensuring everyone has a cosy place to rest. The apartment features three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, providing ample convenience for larger groups or families. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, while the last bathoom is accessed from the hallway.
Beautiful outdoor spaces include a lovely terrace, garden, and two balconies. The outdoor area is perfect for family gatherings, with garden furniture and a shared barbecue area where you can share meals together. The property offers stunning views of both the sea and garden, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
Inside, the apartment is fully equipped all the necessary amenities. The open-plan kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. The living room includes air conditioning in the lounge, a flat-screen smart TV with English and German channels, and comfortable seating areas.
One pet is welcome with prior notice.
The property also offers a boat-mooring. We kindly ask guests to let us know in advance if they'll be needing mooring.
The pet fee and mooring cost 10 EUR per night each.

Kampor is a perfect combination of different natural beauties, with its beautiful beaches and the Dundo forest reserve.
Guests of this beautiful place have the opportunity to enjoy numerous hiking and biking trails, and thus enjoy beautiful nature and interesting architecture.
One of the oldest libraries with a collection of the Croatian written word is located in this place, as well as an ethnographic museum (former Franciscan monastery of St. Euphemia).
Local parties are held on Easter Monday and September 16, the feast of Saint Euphemia.
Explore the Old Town Rab (5 km) with it's many narrow streets and traditional buildings - it will surely leave you breathless.
Enjoy the local cuisine in one of the restaurants on the island - we definitely recommend trying some traditional seafood. Nearest restaurant is 200 m away from the building.
Park-forest Komrcar is great for a walk during a hot summer day, as the tall trees provide the much needed shade.
